Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate add-ons wont download

I redeemed my code for the Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate add-ons bundle on my pc. however, nothing has shown up in my 'ready to install' tab. On xbox.com its shows the bundle under my games. I need help getting it to download to my xbox.

i having problems with the forza horizon 3 Ultimate add ons pack not downloading

The "Top Add-ons" on xbox.com or the store on the console only shows the top 10 Add-ons. If a game has more then 10 Add-ons, they will not show up, and as far as I can tell theres no way of seeing them all.

For example, Warriors Orochi 3 has over 25 Add-ons, Batman Arkham Knight has 34 Add-ons and Forza Horizon 2 has 32 Add-ons, but yet the "Top Add-ons" sections for this games only shows the top 10. Unless I'm missing something, I can't seam to find anywhere
where you can view all the available Add-ons.

Same here. Redeemed the code on my PC, but the game doesn''t acknowledge me as a VIP and wants me to but the car pack ti get access to the extra cars.

 

Also, so I wouldn't forget, I went ahead and bought the expansion pass. Only to learn later that I should have gitten a $10 discount as an ultimate edition purchaser, which obviously didn't happen. So now I'' going to have to fight customer service to get
a credit for that.

 

I have the same issue it seems. I redeemed the code on xbox.com while the game was installing, but now cannot find any sign of it.

 

Same here, seems to be a known issue. Just been on with support and theyre apparently working on a fix so we can only wait..

 

Just contacted Xbox Support Chat and had the reply:

As I have confirmed here, an on going investigation is doing by Microsoft now for the VIP, Car Pass, and/or All Stars car pack DLC that you are not able to access.

Please allow 24-72 hours.

So it seems we just have to wait it out for a bit .

Same here, added code on my computer while installing but nothing appear on my console, nothing to download, and when i go on market, they ask me to pay ... added two another code for special carsn they worked... i want to cry so hard :[

 

Same problem on Xbox One, nothing in the ready to install tab.

 

Obviously an issue. Same problem here. Hope they correct it soon.
