Forza Horizon 3 sai sozinho ou trava

Comprei recentemente um Xbox one com Forza Horizon 3 porém quando instalei o mesmo travava em uma parte e saia do jogo. Depois redefini as configurações do console e instalei, mas agora ele inicia e sai. Qual é o problema? O console veio com defeito de fabricação?

Forza Horizon 3 Fechando sozinho w10

Boa noite!

Ultimamente meu forza Horizon 3 tem travado e fechado sozinho na parte de carregamento sem avisos de erro.

Gostaria de uma ajuda quanto a isso.

Já falei com 3 pessoas de diferentes suportes e ninguém me ajudou de maneira efetiva.

Desculpe ouvir isso. Por favor, tente segurar o botão de energia no console por 10 segundos até que ele desligue para ver se isso ajuda. Se isso não acontecer, exclua o jogo e reinstale-o.

Translation:

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not then delete the game and reinstall it.

There is no way to request a refund through the microsoft store, is there any other method I can ask for? Im very frustrated, I really wanted to play but nobody solves my problem. :/

the only other way that i know of is............

if you got to the live chat button.

and when it asks what bthe problem is

type speak to an agent.

and that will get you to the live person.

and they might be able to point you to the right person to deal with it.

as said before if not baught from microsoft i.e from ebay then you might find it hard to get the money back.
