Forza Horizon 3 random crashing back to desktop

been having random crashing from forza horizon 3 since i bought it about 2 months ago contacted xbox support number and exhausted their troubleshooting they sent me to windows support which sent me to the forza horizon 3 community forum since theyty dont
have a number or chat for support they didnt respond in over a month and a half just called windows support again and they sent me here. it crashes randomly sometimes after a long time sometimes close together in different parts of the game when its running
right in between i easily hold 60+fps. all drivers and everything is up to date with newest. hardware is more than enough to run the game right but still have this everytime i play
