Forza Horizon 3 Promo Code Warthog not downloading

Hello folks from Microsoft,

I received on the 8th of september (2016) a promo code for Forza Horizon 3, containing a Halo Warthog. I've already redeemed the promo code, however, my xbox never downloaded the warthog, and now I can't find the halo warthog in the 'My Games and Apps' section
(in the installed section of Forza Horizon 3) or in the actual game itself.

I've already contacted the Microsoft Tech Service, but they referred me to you guys.

Lost promo code

I had received a promo code for Forza Horizon 3 for the halo warthog and I accidently deleted it while deleting conversations on Xbox. Is there anyway to get a code?

Hey Mister Cizl,

I can see the message with the promo code. If I choose the 'redeem code' option, it says that it has already been redeemed.

I however can't see the actual content under the 'Manage Game' menu - it hasn't been installed, and i can't install it (because I can't see it anywhere in the manage game menu or the xbox store).

To check, have you taken a look at your inbox in-game for the car to be gifted to you?

 

Yes I have checked that, but I wasn't able to find the car there. However, I recently just bought the car from somebody else in the Forza Horizon 3 auction section. Cost me somewhere around 500.000cr, but it's a lot faster than multiple calls with the Dutch
Microsoft Tech support, a online chat with an international Microsoft Tech support Employee and this Forum.

Post Scriptum:

As I bought this car, I got another pop-up message in game, saying that a car was gifted to me. Turns out that it was the Warthog. Now I got two, so the second one is going back to the auction again.

I don't know what did the trick, but maybe this way I can still get my credits back.
