    Forza: Horizon 3:"PEX-CatalogAvailabilityDataNotFound"


    I am playing Forza: Horizon 3, which is the ultimate version. I just unlocked the DLC purchases of Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels a few days ago, but I have always encountered this problem. I tried to change the
    DNS and it became PEX-CatalogAvailabilityDataNotFound. If there is no change, it will keep "please wait", what should I do?And I am live in China now.Is it restricted by region?

    Also whenever I try to download the dlc from mcc it gives me an error saying "something happened on our end. waiting a bit might help." however i have been getting this message since 12 hours ago. the error code is PEX-CatalogAvailabilityDataNotFound.

    Xbox on Windows none of my DLC works

    Not working for me, even with a full PC shutdown. (this is for WWZ season pass, DLC weapon packs and Aftermath.) Its like only the free base game is available and all the DLC content is completely locked out.

    When you try to click on the DLC content ingame for Marseille or many of the weapon packs, I get this error:

    PEX-CatalogAvailabilityDataNotFound

    However if I do same for the Rome or Kamchatka (aka aftermath episodes) I get:

    PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent
