Forza Horizon 3 on PC

Hello community, I have been a PC gamer for the longest time and it's great to finally see a game like Forza Horizon 3 make its appearance to my system. I am a bit confused regarding its purchase though. I am aware that I cannot buy a physical copy of the
Xbox One version and be able to play it on PC but if I purchase the game digitally I will have access to it through both consoles. I do not own an Xbox One though and I do not see any to purchase a physical copy of the game on PC. I know it sounds dumb but
after a lot of research I have not stumbled upon anything copnfirming a physical copy for PC and no one of my local retailers seem to have it on their website. So I ask you is the game coming to a hard copy for the PC version, or will I have to rely on the
digital one and if I do, is there anyway to add funds to my account through prepaid Xbox Live cards because I cannot seem to find that either, or is the use of a credit card required (I cannot use the credit card because of the financial difficulties my country,
Greece is experiencing) Thank you in advance and I await your response.

Cant join clubs or make them on pc.

You don't need Gold for a Forza Horizon 4 Club. I was able to join a Forza Horizon 3 club aswell on pc. And on PC Gold doesn't exist

i think you have to pre order it off the microsoft store. Im puzzled as to how im suppossed to pre order gears 4 for win 10

Thanks to everyone for their help, I figured it out my self though and purchased the ultimate edition without any truoble, or at least i thought until I got back from holidays. The preorder was completed and I was sent a confirmation e-mail and the order
it even shows up on the orders tab of my account, but I cannot seem to access the preorder page above (i get immediately sent to an error page) and also I seem unable to do so from the windows store as well where an error named 0X00000005 occurs, is there
an explanation or fix for this, or should I refer to an xbox employee to troubleshoot it? Thank you again and sorry for being inactive for so long

 

I have just bought Forza Horizon 3 from amazon.....redeemed the code thinking I can play on PC (don't own an xbox 1 yet)

No option to download on PC. Every time I go the Xbox store it goes to the US store only (there doesn't appear to be a UK store)
