    Hi,

    I recently tried out the Xbox Play Anywhere feature on my Windows 10 Gaming PC (GTX 1060, i5 6500, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD). I signed into my microsoft account associated with my xbox account, on which I have a digital version of Forza Horizon 3. However, when
    I found the game on the play anywhere store, I was being prompted to purchase the game without the option to install for free. There was a another game (Minecraft) that I own a digital copy of and that had to option to install for free, but not Forza. Why
    is this the case? Surely i shouldnt have to purchase the digital copy of the game again?

    Its very odd, it doesnt appear when I follow the instructions that you explained, but yet it shows up in my account as a game that i own? For some reason im unable to install on my pc without buying another copy... they’re trying to bleed me dry!

    here     if you really have the game purchased and compare with
    this     if there is no different game that you bought.

    There is currently a
    Service Alert     that is affecting buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.

    I also own the game digitally and it is shown in my library, however, there is no “install for free” option within the windows store. I feel as if there is some sort of bug with my account.
