Forza Horizon 3 not able to be installed in Windows 10, but shows up in my Xbox One library

I purchased the Xbox One/Windows10 digital code from Amazon. They sent me to Xbox to redeem the code. I don't have an Xbox One, and only wish to play on Windows. I can see the game listed in My Games on the Xbox site, but cannot get a link to downloaded
it to Windows. When I log in with my MS account on Windows 10, it does not list the game in my library. Is there a way to trigger the PC download from the Xbox site? My Windows version is : Version 1607 Build 14393.222. I installed: Cumulative Update
for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3194496) last week. Thanks for your help!

Installing Forza Horizon 3 on Windows 10

It's working now. I guess I had the wrong version of windows 10. After I installed the updates I went to the store and into my library and found Forza Horizon 3 was now there. Thanks for the help!

not sure what you have tried, but are you looking through the windows store app or Xbox app? if you open the Microsoft store app on computer you can click on your avatar next to search bar and choose my library it would show your owned ms games and have
a arrow pointing down(download link).
