Have you tried to start the game up and see if you could purchase the dlc cars in the festival autoshow?

If you can't there are 3 options you can do the solve the issue

1. Contact xbox support so they can figure out what went wrong

2. Go to the forza forums and see if other players reportihg the same issue and might know a fix for it

3. Submit a ticket to the forza support so they can investigate the issue (note the time to answer your ticket can be 24 hours or more)

Does it ask you to download or to purchase the DLC?

Yesterday, I bought the Car Pass for the Forza Horizon 3 game, normally including 6 packs with 7 cars each:

• Smoking Tire Car Pack (October 2016)
• Alpinestars Car Pack (November 2016)
• Logitech G Car Pack (December 2016)
• Rockstar Energy Car Pack (January 2017)
• Playseat Car Pack (February 2017)
• Duracell Car Pack (March 2017)

But, there is a mistake. In my "Game and apps - Ready to install", I only see three of them: Smoking Tire Car Pack, Alpinestars Car Pack and Duracell Car Pack. I miss Logitech G Car Pack, Rockstar Energy Car Pack and Playseat Car Pack.

I tried to: restart the console (hot and cold boot); uninstall the game, updates and extensions, and reinstall all of them... nothing happens. When I go to the Microsoft Store, I have to buy these 3 missing packs... again!

So my question is: how can I download the car packs I've paid for?

Please note that we are in December 2018, so all the car packs are available for downloading. I'm not talking about the Hoonigan or the Porsche Car Packs, I know that they aren't included in the Car Pass. I know I'm not the only one with this problem, but
I can't find a real answer... so that's the reason why I create this topic.

I don't try to contact directly the support yet, I want to try this forum in the first place.
