Forza horizon 3 game progress lost level 60+ to 0

I have lost my game progress, it asked me to choose from cloud save or pc save, where it said the pc save is newer so i used that saved file instead of cloud save.

i have become almost level 70 with about 10 horzon edition cars and 5 million worth of total credit. it took me more than 20 hours to reach this and i am unable to get my saved game back

please help me!

ALL achievement progress reset to 0%

This has happened to me as well. Lost all my tracking progress for Forza Horizon 2 - when I checked the achievement app thoroughly, the progress on all locked achievements is now showing as 0%

 

Forza horizon 3

I loes all my progress on forza horizon 3 and idk have or if I can get it back I was like level 388 and I had dlc cars and I want it all back if I can't I hopefully getting forza 7 for b-day but I love drifting on forza horizon 3

 

You are basically screwed, same thing happened to me and I have to start over. I was level 200. Microsoft told me they can't do anything and cant give me some in game money either

 

i will going to ask for game refund, didnt bought this game for loosing all my progress

 

Today i have the same problem. i was level 465 had over 300 Cars and all is gone. i had to start a new campaign. i dont know what to do now...

 

least you can do is give one start rating in store and let other buyers know whats wrong with this game

I'm sorry to see any frustrations, however there isn't anything wrong with the game itself. Selecting the type of save you had available overwrote the cloud save. In the future, it's always best to select the cloud save option.
