Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass not installing on PC

The Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass (contains both HotWheels and Blizzard Mountain expansions) is currently on sale:

In the Overview tab, it says it's available to be installed on a Windows 10 PC, but in the System Requirements tab, only Xbox One is listed.

If you buy it and attempt to install it on a Windows 10 PC, it DOES NOT WORK. Be warned! You can at least get refunded.

It's unfortunate, because the Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels expansion packs on their own, in the System Requirements tab, does list Windows 10 and they work:

This store package is misleading and is really only available to xbox console owners.

Hi Raxin,

I confirm the same. After doing the purchase of the Expansion Pass, I can then go get the individual FH3 expansions at no additional cost.

I managed to get it installed by going directly to the Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels pages, and clicking on Install from there. I couldn't install it from the Expansion Pass page. I haven't played enough of the main game to unlock these two DLC packs,
but the downloads finished successfully.

If you can't find or install the DLC expansions for Forza Horizon 5 on your PC, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check account and platform compatibility first: Make sure you're using the same Microsoft account on both your Xbox and PC.
