    DirectX 12 problem

    Hi!

    I have installed Forza Horizon 3 and when trying to start the game i get a message "Graphics card doesn´t support DX12 (Code: FH501). But when I check in system information I DO have DirectX-version DirectX 12. I can't get any further in the game. What is
    really the problem? What shall I do to solve the problem?

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue playing Forza Horizon 3's demo.

    It seems that the your current video card on your PC does not support Directx 12, a format that is integral to playing the game. If I were you, I would suggest following the steps here on our support page entitled

    Error FH501 occurs when you launch Forza Horizon 3 on Windows 10     to try and resolve this issue.

    Give the steps there a look through, try them and let us know if that helped when you get a chance.

    There may be corrupted game installation files. Let's reset the game from the Settings menu. Here are the steps:

    1. Click Start and click Settings.
    2. Select System.
    3. Select Apps & features.
    4. Find the game and click Advanced options.
    5. Click Reset.
    6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
    7. Launch the game and check if you'll encounter the same issue.

    I have done all of this and still encounter the exact same issue, I apologise for the late response, but I have been extremely busy with work and college
