Forza Horizon 3 DLC

Hello. I recently bought a full collections of DLC forza horizon 3 on PC additives and the package included VIP membership, treasure map and all horns that I did not receive, when buying in the game a message about buying these products pops up. Thank

Hi! Did you install those DLCs using the Microsoft Store app for Windows 10? You can access those by clicking on the three small dots located in the top right corner of the Microsoft Store.

 

After pressing 3 dots and entering the bookmark, my library does not get this supplement. And in the shopping history it is shown that it is bought

This should probably be merged with Forza Horizon 3 Complete Add-Ons Collection Does not add all the DLC like advertised

It's going to come up again and again on the forums until someone from Microsoft fixes it. Nothing we can do here, and all the troubleshooting steps given don't help, or even have a chance to help.

 

It's a known issue microsoft is trying to fix it

 

I have the same issue. All other items in the Complete FH3 add-on bundle downloaded and activated perfectly. We are unable to activate the VIP membership or Treasure Map, we cannot “re-download” them seperately on the Store unless paying for them again (seperately).
I doubt deleting all the other FH3 dlc and reinstalling would do anything.

Perhaps the easiest way would be for Microsoft to give us each a seperate code for the VIP and Treasure Map so we can download them seperately, or Microsoft could activate these 2 items on our accounts when they see we have purchased the (complete add-on
bundle).
