Forza Horizon 3 DLC Missing Windows 10

Hi!

I have the same problem. I bought full collection of DLC, I've installed it on my Xbox One, all seems to be right. I run the game, and all content was unlocked but not the VIP membership, treasure map and horns. I looked on

Troubleshooting downloadable content on Windows 10, and nothing helped. Also, when I looked on Xbox Store, it shows that I didn't bought those 3 dlc's. Store wants me to pay for them if I want to use them.

As You can see, all of those DLCs are on my purchase list:

Missing DLC despite being purchased

I just recently ran into the problem today (1/10/2018) in Forza Horizon 3 that all of the dlc that I had purchased is missing. I'm playing on windows 10. Not only is it failing to verify the dlc it also isn't finding the information in the marketplace. I'm
wondering if this is a fairly common issue or if there is a fix. Thank you.

 

Is Forza Horizon 3 pre-order DLC exclusive to Xbox One?

I want to pre-order Forza Horizon 3 for Windows 10 as a digital download. It says I get two car packs as a pre-order bonus, but it says (Xbox One) next to it. Does this mean that If I pre-order for Windows 10 I don't get any DLC bonus? Will future DLC be
available for Windows 10?

Do you see the DLC entitlement active on the account on the page for
My Games?
Is it missing from recently installed or under manage game as well?

This does appear to be an issue going around and we are currently collecting data on this to resolve

Under my games before the bundle was removed from the microsoft store it would show installed only when i installed direct from the bundle link in store. BUT in the individual dlc's page in store would confirm installed but prompt to buy. The vip pass,vip
car pass, map, horns wont show up in the ready to install section at all. I tried reinstalling everything now all of dlc that i had problems with cant be found. Carol on the phone told me my account on her end shows I have licenses for every dlc thats not
working mentioned above. Im using a hard copy of the game. I hope all this information helps you find the problem and make this right for us.
