    I have the same issue... It was placed with my forza horizon 3 demo as well.

    Hi! Did you try to click on the link? What does it say? We would need some more info like any error code or message for example. Also check if any updates for Windows 10 are available.

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue playing Forza Horizon 3's demo.

    It seems that the your current video card on your PC does not support Directx 12, a format that is integral to playing the game. If I were you, I would suggest following the steps here on our support page entitled

    Error FH501 occurs when you launch Forza Horizon 3 on Windows 10     to try and resolve this issue.

    Give the steps there a look through, try them and let us know if that helped when you get a chance.

    It might be worth adding, that I have the exact same issue as you do, with Forza Horizon 4 Demo and Forza Motorsport 7 trial (Forza Horizon 3 Demo works fine though), and in my case reinstalling Windows did not help at all. So it's probably not worth trying.

    I have the same problem. I lost my warthog after uninstalling the Forza Horizon 3 demo.

    Downloaded game that's unreadable...

    First thing you should do is delete the game. Then delete the your system cache. Once you have done that, then download 1 or 2 demos that is the same size as Forza Horizon. Then redownload Forza Horizon. Play Forza Horizon. If the problem has gone,
    you can delete the demos.
