forza horizon 3 deleted message problem

My wife accidentally deleted my Xbox live message

that had the forza horizon 3 dlc code for the warthog from halo 5...

i never used the code, what are my options to retrieve the message or

have a new code sent?

please help!!!

First thing you should do is delete the game. Then delete the your system cache. Once you have done that, then download 1 or 2 demos that is the same size as Forza Horizon. Then redownload Forza Horizon. Play Forza Horizon. If the problem has gone,
you can delete the demos.

I bought Forza Horizon during the recent sale and wasn't aware of this problem. I get the dirty disc message as soon as I get to the title screen. I've deleted and redownloaded 3 times. I tried the license transfer, to no avail.

Guess this will never be fixed.

After buying the game "Forza Horizon 3" in xbox live and trying to start it, the following message appears: "Invalid profile. Delete it from the xbox menu and create a new one ". Is there any solution ??
