Forza Horizon 3 Complete DLC Pack - Missed Sale

Hi, I was redirected here by a member of Xbox support. Please let me know if this is the wrong forum.

A couple of days ago, I attempted to purchase the Forza Horizon 3 Complete DLC pack as part of the winter sale, marked down to $45.99 from $138.99.

However, for some reason the transaction would not go through, and after doing some investigating, I figured out that it was because of some serious financial issues going on with my bank. Those issues just got resolved, thankfully! But I went immediately
to the store to purchase the DLC pack only to find out that’s it’s been removed. Sigh. I wanted to see if there was any way, especially after all I had to go through between my bank and everything, if I could somehow retroactively purchase this collection
for the posted $45.99. After all of the issues I’ve gone through with my bank in the last 48 hours, all I really want in the end is that set. I appreciate anyone’s help, and again, I apologize if income posting this on the wrong forum.

hello, I ordered a xbox one s 500go at Amazon, it was on sale with the game Forza Horizon 3 with the DLC Hot Wheels, the code for the DLC had to be sent by mail automatically after the purchase of the console, but I still have not received this email, here
