Forza Horizon 3 Carpass isn´t working...

Hi Guys,

i got a big problem with my Forza Horizon 3 Carpass. I bought a new One S these days and on the old Console i got the Carpass and Blizzard Mountain Addon. On my new One S there is only Blizzard Mountain. How i can get my Carpass back???

Hit the menu button over the game in 'My Games/Apps' and hit 'Manage'. Any DLC should show up in the 'Ready to Install' section.

If not, go in the game and go to the car packs, click on each pack and all the cars should show 'Purchased'. You can click on each to confirm, it will say something like 'Already purchased'. If it takes you to a pay screen, then I suggest post on the official

I got the newes version and i m able to sign in microsoft account this is my problem. I reinstalled it a week before after that it doesn t work as well them 3 days ago it worked and now it isn´t working again

Try uninstalling the car pass and redownload it. I had to do that the other day

i got the day one console but i got forza 2 days ago. Isn;t the game eligible for the day one car pack?

In january I could play forza but my second harddisk crashed. Now I would like to install forza horizon 3 on my new HDD but I can`t. I can`t install "Forza Horizon 3" on the windows store. I get at the end from the download the failure code 0x80073D0D.

I repaired the xbox app and the windows store but I have still the same problem. Pls help me. The windows support doesn`t want to help me.
