Forza horizon 3 cant start up

Hi, today i bought Forza horizon 3 from Windows 10 Store. I downloaded it and instaled. If i click on button PLAY in store or xbox everytime just show up picture of FH3. Some tips please ? Reinstaled for 2 times and still doesnt working.

yes the pc verion i forgot to say that . everything is up to date.

try to follow these steps for game freezing:

And even try to clean the cache by holding almost 10 seconds the button when you switch off your console!

That sounds like an odd issue. Just to clarify, your game was reverted to an older save or only your Forza Horizon 3 level went down? Let's start by
