Forza Horizon 3 Benz E36 Code!

Hi there, I just spoke with support and nothing they can do so they told me to post here.

So I redeemed my FH3 Pre-order car the Benz E36, I redeemed by the Mobile app on the store (which is log in as my main ID) and some how the code got redeemed on someone else's Tag but on my backup email!!! So I can not transfer or get into that ID at all. How
can this be fixed?

I did early digital pre-purchase Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate NOT RECEIVED code the MERCEDES BENZ E63 S COUPE custom.

My friends who have made the same purchase now Mercedes received the code by cash console messages, but I did not get anything.
