Forza Horizon 3 and Xcom 2 Pre-order bonuses not sent

Hi,

Two weeks ago, I pre-ordered the Forza Horizon 3 ultimate edition, and yesterday I pre-ordered the Xcom 2 digital Deluxe edition. I have yet to receive any of the Forza Horizon 2 Rockstar Car Pack (Xbox One) and Forza Motorsport 6 Meguiar's Car Pack,
Or the XCOM 2 Reinforcement Pack.

This is disappointing as I very much enjoy Microsoft products and hate to see good faith wasted on showing enthusiasm for a product with my wallet. On a side note, I haven't received my warthog code even though i am eligible.

I would really appreciate some Feedback from someone at Microsoft on this. At this rate I'm going to have to buy codes for packs and cars that I should be able to enjoy at launch.

Forza Horizon 2 Ultimate Edition

This pre order bonus just unlock Audi RS4 (but Audi RS4 is available in Forza Horizon 2).

And this pre order bonus is available in Microsoft stores not online stores.

I preordered Forza Horizon 3 on 25.09.2015 and didn´t received any pre-order
bonuses.

Have you checked the car packs in the store on the console as I think when you open the screen to buy them you should get the option to just install them.

 

I already had both as part of the Forza Horizon 2 Ultimate - 10th Anniversary Edition and special edition of Forza 6, but have not received a copy in case I want to buy and modify the car. Also, no warthog with less than 2 hours to launch, and Reinforcement
pack in Forza is not showing as owned or ready to install.

 

Annd the warthog just showed up. Thank you to whomever might have sent it : )

 

I'm having the same prob and I'm also not geting my preorder bonus cars

Our teams are still looking into this, but so long as you redeemed the code keep an eye out on your in-game gifts for the Warthog to be delivered. Thanks a ton for your patience!

 

I don't own Forza Horizon 3 so my post is concerning Xcom 2 and the Reinforcement pack. I think there should be a sticky or a support article concerning Season passes, expansion passes, reinforcement packs, etc. Reason I am saying this is there seems to
large amount of confusion, the reinforcement pack is not supposed to be downloaded. What a lot of users seem to be confused about is that the passes to access DLC are typically just a receipt saying the player that owns the pass has access to all the add on
content associated with it. The older games such as Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag, I think Destiny and I could be wrong on Destiny and possibly a few others have passes to access DLC's and you do have to download those before you can download the content,
but it seems that's changed within the last few years which is probably why people are confused, I was to for a while believe me. @ApocalypseKing2 You can access the content by going to "My Games & Apps" then going to Xcom 2 itself and pressing the menu(pause)
button in order to access a small options screen that will appear press the "manage game" button and go to the "Ready To Install" section on the left side of your screen, if you pre-ordered you should have received the resistance warrior pack which including
the content from the reinforcement pack there should be in total 4 DLC packs ready for install. If the add on content does not appear in the "ready to install" you will need to go to the store page for the reinforcement pack and there should be a button called
"Manage" where the purchase button would normally be if you press that it should take you to a page where it will allow you to install the content.

 

Dragon Samuri75 thank for the advice, but it did not work. There is no tab to manage the pack, just a message that i own the content.

 

The pack now says it is available at 00.00 on the 30th, so I will try again then, and if it fails make a new dedicated thread to my xcom dlc problem.

 

Mister Maka I never received the code for the warthog or pre order car in the first place I have been looking in my messages every day but still have received no code for either the warthog or pre order car. I own halo the master chief collection and I pre
ordered forza horizon 3 deluxe edition from the xbox store so I should of received both codes for the cars by now.

@ApocalypseKing2 Did your issues get sorted it's the 30th for me at almost 3:30PM for me? I do know that Xcom 2 was supposed to be released on the 30th in Europe which would make sense in your case, but if in fact you live in the USA then I don't understand
why you would not have access to the game. Unless you purchased from the Microsoft Store and NOT from the digital store for Xbox.com or directly from your Xbox One? Reason I am asking is, because it would make sense on the Microsoft Store to take time on sending
out codes since I am guessing there probably was a ton of people pre-ordering considering Xcom 2 & Forza Horizon 3 are some pretty big hits.
