    why is forza horizon 3 crashing

    why is forza horizon 3 crashing and wont connect to multiplayer but all my other games work?

    hmmm try reset the xbox but keep games n apps but first hard reset the Xbox unplug all cords power supply etc n let it set 5 mins then try it up but if no luck try reset xbox but keep all apps n games
