Forza horizon 3 and 4 unplayable.

Hello. I hope you're doing great and sorry to take your time. But I have a huge problem for playing to all forza.

To explain the problem. It all started in like march, april when my dad remove my phone number and add emails to my account for installing

a parental control that is no more today. But somehow I still can't play thes games and I think it's because my games don't reconize my profil and then for fh3 it's just says it will restart the game with a new profil and when it restart it says the exact same thing, and for fh4 I can play but I restart the game from the start and I had all the house and nearly all cars so it's bothering me a lot. Can you please help me these are my favourite games and I don't want to miss out fh5.

In this case, since this is happening with Multiple games for Forza only it would be best to submit a request on their end in that way they can immediately check what is causing the issue and proceed with helping you in getting back to your gaming as soon as possible.
