Forza horizon 3 - all my context is gone, where did my cars, progress go?

My initial thoughts on Forza 5 were:

Where are all the cars? as there don't seem to be many (No Porsches for instance)

Why so few Race Tracks?

I didn't play Forza Horizons but my memories of Forza 3 & 4 are that there were many more cars and more Race Tracks.

Hello, I tried starting forza horizon 4 today but all my progress is gone in the game. But if i go to the xbox app ,it sais that i still have my 248 cars and 5 plus days of play time.

Dus anyone now how i can get this progress back in game?

I have forza horizon and yesterday all of my data was stored on the usb flash drive and I went on today and all of my content is gone, it says the forza horizon save that you have selected is damaged and cannot be loaded.please delete the save in the memory
section of the Xbox dashboard. All of my cars were on there and I don't know how to get it back any ideas???
