Forza Horizon 3 7GB Update Stops at 3.81 GB wont restart

The approximate download size for Forza Horizon 3 is 52.63 GB. If the size of the update you're asked to install is 50 GB, this means that the full game is being re-downloaded. Recently, we've received reports from other gamers regarding this issue. Apparently,

• Have you tried installing other game updates to check if the same issue occurs?
• Are you using Xbox One or Windows 10?

If you're using Windows 10, we suggest checking the version and OS build of your device. Here are the steps:

1. Press Windows + R keys.
2. Type Winver and press Enter.
3. You should see Version 1607, OS Build 14393.222.

Did any of these suggestions work? My Forza Horizon 5 just did the same thing. Said it had an update, then the update errored out, then somehow Forza was gone. Now it seems to be making me Re-Download all 100+GB of the game. What a PIA!

*Also Forza Horizon 3 doesn't appear in the "updates" tab in my games and apps.

I played forza horizon then forza 3 beat horizon then got 3 played 3 until I got to year 3 in season racing went back to horizon and got the achievement and cars tried it on a different profile and it wont give me the achievement so ignore all this garbage
about swapping save devices and what not there is a bug or 2 in horizon and that is one of them so it may or may not give you it there isn't any thing you can do about I have tried all theories on how to get it and non of them work
