Forza horizon 2 Xbox one took tokens but no car

When you purchase a car in Forza horizon 3, you are given the option to pay with credits or tokens. If the option is not there. Then it might have been turned off in the games options.

Forza Horizon:

Forza Motorsport 4:

Looks like the Wagoneer is only in FH2 and only as DLC, and only the Xbox One version gets FH2 DLC I'm afraid.

You will need to own a copy Forza Horizon 2 in order to be able to use the Car pass. Luckily Forza Horizon 2 is currently free for Xbox Live Gold members.

i can't find a listing for the Windows version, but the Xbox One listing says it's going to use Play Anywhere, so one purchase should work on both systems.

Also purchased Forza Horizon 2 Fast & Furious Car Pack which stated "Once the pack is purchased, you are granted a one-time only, free addition of each car to your Forza Horizon 2 garage, with no additional in-game credit cost." However, when checking the
garage in the game, the cars are not present. But, I can access the cars and "purchase" the cars still with enough in game credits. They were supposed to be a free in game addition.

Did anyone answer this issue?
