Forza horizon 2 purchase

Is there any way to get a refund on the game knowing I bought it on the microsoft store and dont have it installed. I bought it 15 minutes ago and dont even own an xbox 360

Forza Horizon 2 is fantastic, as is its stand alone expansion Forza Horizon 2 presents Fast& Furious.

I have a brutal back log at the moment. But I believe that my last purchase will still be Lost Odyssey

You can try going to Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

Another way you can initiate a refund is to log into your Microsoft account on the website and select recent purchases - the game will appear in the list - from there select "Get order help"

Unfortunately Forza Horizon 2 - Storm Island has reached "end of life" status and was removed from Xbox store on September 30th 2018

A heads up for the Forza community: Forza Horizon 2 will reach “end of life” status on September 30. That means that the game and its associated DLC will no longer be available for purchase. After September 30, players who own Forza Horizon 2 will still
able to download and play the game and its associated content as normal. However, Forza Horizon 2 and its DLC will no longer be for sale. Forza Horizon 2 is currently available as part of August Games With Gold so, if you haven’t played it already, now is
a great time to grab it."

Forza Horizon 2 and its DLC content were removed from the marketplace on October 1st.

You had until that date to purchase any DLC content.

Unfortunately it can no longer be purchased

"A big improvement over Forza Horizon 2's VIP Pass is that buying VIP Membership in Horizon 3 grants VIP access to other Gamertags on the purchaser's home console. That way, the whole family can benefit from a single VIP purchase."

But any other source is telling that this does not works.

Forza Horizon 2 is not backwards compatible. You would need to purchase the One version in order to play it on the One.
