    As a Forza Horizon 5 VIP I should have recieved a $10 discount when I pre-ordered Horizon 2 on my Xbox One. I was charged $99 but should have been charged $89.

    Sorry to hear it. However, any billing issues needs to be handled through your local phone support. If you live in North America you can dial 1-800-469-9269

    That's a shame. I've been flat out lied to by a couple phone support folks. Told me someone wwould look into my issue. Every time I call and give my reference number they ask the same questions I answered the first time. Horrible experiences every time
    I call them.

    That's a shame. I've been flat out lied to by a couple phone support folks. Told me someone wwould look into my issue. Every time I call and give my reference number they ask the same questions I answered the first time. Horrible experiences every time
