Forza Horizon 2 Code - Gamerscore Super Deal

Hi,

I gave my code to someone via PM. I'm almost certain the code was used by him.

Unfortunately I haven't received the Forza Horizon 2 code, yet. I just chatted with one of your colleagues of the german support team,

but he told me he couldn't find my gamertag on his list. He also told me I should post my problem here for further help.

Would you please kindly check why I didn't receive my Forza Code, yet ?

The terms said codes will be sent before February, then Xbox DE on facebook said they only started sending the codes in February and they should have arrived by now.

What's wrong with our profiles not getting the code?

Well, I didn't receive the Code for FH2 either, and I know for sure, that the Gamerscore Deal was used.

Via Twitter Xbox said, that the codes will be sent out within the last week. Nothing happened so far on my side, even though I know quite some people who did get their code.

Would be nice to hear some Feedback about it and to know a little more, when to expect the promised Code.

 

Xbox Support from Twitter also asked me to report my issue here. I am also from Germany and I know my Code from Gamerscore Superdeal was used. Unfortunately I didnt get the Code for Forza Horizon 2 yet.

Really? A lot of people don't get their free game and now have to phone MS (which some already did) and write messages to get it. Great way of advertising and saving codes - I don't feel like spending time doing that. At least I now know that MS doesn't
learn from mistakes (same happened last year with Ori) and I won't support this again.

Also, other users simply posted on the forums and got their code or info although it was "a region specific promotion". So that sounds like an invalid reason. Too many awkward reasons and arguments trying to legitimate what's happening, and everyone referring
to someone else who's supposed to be able to help. It'd be ok if this was the only bad thing about this promotion but it's been a series now. Just forward the issues yourselves to people who can actually help for once instead of playing along with customers!

Of course, it's easy to get away with that because people won't sue MS for breaching a contract, stretching time limits and making life difficult for the ones asking for their codes because it's just a game they are missing out on. You should be glad it's
only about digital licenses that people don't care about anymore nowadays. Enjoy your saving and the extra One that has been sold.

Hey there, Evenger Ostro! Sorry to see any frustrations about the support process for these codes.

We have previously helped with these region specific promotions in the past. However, due to us being in the US, and English speaking only, we've worked with the promotion owners so that phone support in those particular regions will handle these going forward.
Region specific promotions are those that are held in only one region and the codes are sent via email instead of world wide and sent via Xbox Live Messages.
