    Forza Horizon 2 code correct but doesn't start download


    I just bought my Xbox One today and included was a download code for Forza Horizon 2.

    I entered the code, it got accepted and on the next screen, it says there is a problem and I should try it again.

    So I did. Three times. Twice on the console and once on my netbook via live.xbox.com

    The error code I get is also nowhere to be found:

    What's going on and what should I do?

    Forza Horizon 3 download

    Whilst trying download Forza Horizon 3 from a prepaid code,my Xbox was switched off. The code now shows as already having been redeemed but the download did not complete. How can I get back to the correct place to complete the download?

    Sorry to hear it. I haven't been able to find anything about that particular error online. Your best bet here would be to contact Xbox support on Twitter
    Xbox Support (@XboxSupport) | Twitter or support via phone. 1-800-469-9269 if you live in North America.

    So I tried my code again today and... it just worked.

    No explanation why it didn't work before. Maybe it was an issue they had with their servers (?)

    Hopefully this will work for other people now, too.

    For the record, the issue started for me after having downloaded Forza Horizon 2.

    So I tried my code again today and... it just worked.

    No explanation why it didn't work before. Maybe it was an issue they had with their servers (?)

    Hopefully this will work for other people now, too.

    Why I cannot install Forza Horizon 4

    Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.
