After reading over your post I do see you mention having an issue with the disc for Forza Horizon 4. In order to best assist you we would need more information. You stated that the disc was inserted, the game started up then there was an issue. Was there
an error message that popped up on the screen? Did the game force close?

Please provide any troubleshooting steps taken as well so we do not make you repeat steps. Also, which device was this played on?

If there was an update for the game, that would more than likely cause issues with being able to launch the game.

Could you provide an update on if that solved this case?

If it does not work, another suggestion we have for you is a soft factory reset:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. This will save you from downloading
or reinstalling the large game files.

Note: This will remove profiles so be sure that any/all profiles can be properly signed into with their credentials.
