Why can this expansion only be bought via buying the bundle? as i already have the game its seems a waste of money or a cash grab via xbox! I hope you change it so it can be bought separetly like the blizzard pack

Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pack

I would like to know if a person running Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox One console without the Hot Wheels Expansion Pack can join me in the Hot Wheels adventure if I have the expansion pack on my PC version of Forza Horizon 3.

 

I also want the hot wheels expansion pack, but I will NOT pay for the original game again.

This seems like a typical blunder by the mighty Microsoft.

I went to the store and NO hot wheels stand alone expansion pack could be found.

Why can't they make it simple?
