I believe that is a bug. Same thing happened to me a few years back. I didn't get banned though and the achievements were locked after a couple of days.

What is it with people cheating in games these days? with every new game that gets released within days someone has found a way to cheat/glitch and its getting really annoying.

Whats wrong with just playing a game properly and finishing it without cheating? I mean I was in a game of Dead Island the other night with two of my mates and some random bloke joined and started to drop loads and loads of swords on the ground, all of them
were what I believe to be maxed out stats. We quickly booted the bloke (after fifteen minutes of course, still want that achievement) and just left all his swords, all of us figured that using them would make the game a bit too easy.

I didn't see any hacking...? Just some kid giving away GTOs?

Don't know if it's a glitch or bug, but I would like to point out that the speed reported here is 445 KM/H which is 338 MP/H.

That's still pretty fast though. Remember that in most parts of the world, speed is measured in Kilometeres per hour, not miles per hour.
