Forza H3 Achievements not unlocking

Discover all roads, expand all festival sites, and I'm sure a few others not unlocking. I've rebooted, waited, etc. progress is stuck at 70-93% on all. Is my only option really to redo them? Because that's hugely disappointing...
and not happening.

checked today, loaded batman last checkpoint and the achievements unlocked as for forza had to restart the game and then the achievements unlocked.

That's strange.

Is the achievement showing unlocked on the console or are you seeing it pop in game and then locked in the achievement section?

I had that happening with the Forza level achievements and they unlocked about 20 minutes later but it was only that game so I assumed it was just a glitch with Forza.

If you have a profile from Forza 3 and import it into Forza 4, this achievement will unlock so long as you have an Unicorn car to unlock with it.

If you bought the VIP pack in Forza 3 (which has the 2007 Ferrari 430 Scuderia, 2007 Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera), and bought one of those cars (which are now unicorn in Forza 4), then when you do the profile import the achievement should unlock.
