Forza Game Not Launching - Need Help ASAP

Hi all,

I have recently purchased Forza Horizon 5 on my computer (surface laptop 4), and when i launch it brings me to the screen to start the game, then to continue (out of continue, exit, and settings) and when i press continue, the game begins to load and after around 20 seconds, the game just crashes

yes i have gone through the regular, re-install, plus have tried many other ways as suggested when i searched for help, and none have seemed to work yet

I have a screenshot here of the error that occurs everytime i try to open up the game, please let me know if its fixable

Hello FrankFurt, this type of error is usually related to your PC hardware, the system was unable to read information in a block of memory that is required to run the service.

Try to follow the procedures below.

DEFRAG

Defragment your Windows 10 PC

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

Hello again, as I had said above this may be some software or hardware problem, as it keeps issuing a message that memory cannot be read, ideally looking for technical assistance to make an assessment of your PC and your memory module.

Firstly i want to thank you for your quick response and providing me with solutions to my problem

Secondly i tried all of the solutions you provided, which required me to restart my computer a few times, and go through some loading processes which may have done something, but unfortunately im still getting the same error in the same spot, if the numbers mean anything i got a new screenshot and hopefully this can help you help me further

I have tried to find a way to do this as well. As far as I know, no such method exists. Seems that you are SOL dude

As an ambassador you should know the only way to report someone is via your console & calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

If you are being ddos attacked then you need to take it up with your isp,it's down to them to help.
