Forza Forcing Single Player Campaign - Can't Find Main Menu!

As a long-time gamer, this is probably the most frustrated I've felt in a long time.

I'm trying to play Forza in Free Play, but the main menu never appears. After being forced to watch the ridiculous introduction video and playing the tutorial, the game just puts me into single player mode directly without ever the option of seeing the main
menu.

I've tried restarting the game a few times, but it never allows me to do anything but go from "Press A" to play single player. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to do?

Lock Up / Freeze Issues After the Multiplayer Update?

when I try to launch my single player campaign I can play for 20 seconds and then it kicks me back to the main menu saying "connection to EA server has been lost" during a single. player. campaign.

This stupidity of this issue is mind boggling. Haven't tried MP yet but if this is also the case I'm going to be pretty peeved.

Just play through the forced single player after you complete the required events it lets you do your own thing its a forced tutorial.

 

Yes, ^^ Just finish the races in the beginning with the nice, fast car and you'll later be asked to pick a car and start your actual career.
