    I Was at a friends house i played forza 5 on their xbox i liked it so i bought it on pc and i used my account on his xbox do my cars and money transfer to my pc i used the same xbox account btw and i bought it on steam

    If it will work the same as Forza 7, then yes. I haven't seen anything specific about Horizon 4 about that though.
    What I meant I (probably wasn't clear enough) was if you can transfer designs between PC and console for example you can transfer desgins from FH3 to FM7,

    So can I transfer a design on FM7 (Xbox) to FH4 (PC)?

    Thanks for the help! I signed into another account from the xbox and it worked. But why doesn't it transfer to other accounts on PC like it does on the xbox?
