Forza DLC missing

hey,

I have bought Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition but I am missing 2x of the car packs which are included in the car pass

The smoking tyre car pack

Alpinestars car pack

What do I need to do to receive these packs?

look at forza 5, half the tracks were missing yet they decide to sell them in dlc, rip off

Hey Adam!

If you boot up Forza Horizon 3, enter the festival. Once you're out on the road, hit the Menu button on your controller. From there, use RB to go all the way over to "Marketplace". Once you're there, click on
All Car Packs and scroll to the right. The Smoking Tire Pack and Alpinestars Car Pack should both be listed there and you should be able to get the cars from there.

If you don't see them, can you show us a screenshot of what you do see please?

This would be extremely beneficial for Forza games as there are tons of free car DLC that are often missed.

I purchased a Xbox ONE X Forza games bundle and the games DLC codes are missing - I have search all the paperwork and found the codes for Games Pass and Gold subscribption, so I know what Im looking for, Both Forza Motorsport 7 and Horizon 4 content
is missing and no dlc paperwork or codes to be found.

Try looking on the box, there may be a peelable label on the bottom hiding the codes.

As above. I bought Forza in the first week to ensure I didn't miss the Day One DLC. Sad Face. Dead Rising 3 stuff came through alright, but Forza and Ryse seem to be standard editions.
