Forza crashes when i try to buy a car

Try buying it directly from the xbox store and not from the game.

I had heard that you would get atleast one unicorn car by importing your Forza 3 profile regardless if you had one in Forza 3 or not.

However I highly doubt that was the case. I did get the achievement for the unicorn car when i imported. I also downloaded the VIP Car Pack in Forza 3 (i did not buy the VIP copy)

You do understand that when you "buy" a DLC car in Forza, you don't actually get the car in your garage, correct? You have to buy it in-game using the credits you earn when completing races (or tokens, which you can buy with actual cash). Buying DLC cars
in Forza only allows you to be able to buy them in-game.

Turn10 gave away a Honda three car pack as free DLC a few weeks ago. Downloading that DLC does not put the cars in one's garage. They still have to be purchased in-game. The only car so far that I'm aware of which was given away AND shows up in one's garage
is the Lotus E10 F1 car.

I love forza, but I hate the crashes, because the cars are almost indestructibles, even the old game NFS pro street have better crash effects than this one, I know, this is a more serious game but, well, the crash are some times the best part of some races.
Anyway, I love Forza 4

I really wouldn't bother, I own a Ford Focus RS Mk2 and thought it would be great to drive the same car in Forza. Unfortunately in Forza the car has only 5 gears rather than 6. A standard car will top out at 160mph but not in Forza.

Eh. Forza is full of faults like this. It's almost as if they don't research some cars...

Or forms of racing.
