    Same issue... Just sits on "Applying Upgrade......Applying, please wait" on xbox

    My Forza Motorsport crashes at the graphic selection screen, 5 seconds into launching the game. Microsoft (Xbox) have been no help and Forza people are a joke. Both either not answering me or after giving them a full list of everything I tried, they offered the same advice, like they've not read anything I put. Extremely poor customer service. I'm thinking of ditching the xbox and going for a PS5. Just need answers instead if a copy and paste ones.

    Hi.Im using an Xbox X console. I've had issues with newer games. Locking up, crashing, taking me back to the dash board. Games like Forza Motorsport and Horizon 4 and 5etc where playing up. Forza 7 and Wolvenstein and Halo worked fine. I took the risk and bought a new Xbox X. Now everything is working 100% Hope that helps

    It happens to me too. It most definitely is a bug/issue and it's not yet know by the official "known issues" page. I'm generally disappointed with whole game
