Forza and Frankenrewards problem

Hello,

I had Forza 7 Pre-Order since early September I got my 5 credit but never got the gems or the 5,000 credit in my account for the mission.

and

I started frankenrewards when the Halloween sale started I got resident evil 7 and dead rising 4 and $2 in avatar rewards. I got those rewards for 6,000 credits but I never got the rewards for getting 5 achievements (I've got 8) for 4,000 credits and in
turn I didn't get the complete all the missions for 5,000 credits

Does purchasing DLC count towards Mix and Match FrankenReward?

Great extension of the reward program! I have one question regarding the FrankenRewards offer.

Does purchasing DLC, of the games that are eligible, count toward the €37,- required to earn the Mix and Match FrankenReward?

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined the issue with your title's achievements, and have adjusted your account for completion of the offer. You should see the achievement part of the offer complete shortly. Once our system detects this change,
you should see the full completion follow afterward.

The Credits for that offer were only for users who had made their pre-order/order during the offer period. Since you pre-ordered in August, you were only eligible for the 5 keys (Sweepstakes entries).

Regarding your FrankenRewards Achievements, we have found an issue with your purchases that we have adjusted to complete successfully. You should see the changes shortly. The Credits for full completion of the offer should appear shortly after the achievement
