Forza account problem, can't play and i just bought it

Discus and support Forza account problem, can't play and i just bought it in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Yeah when i press enter to the main menu to play, its says that my account is not available, please contact xbox support.. help please i just bought it...     How to play forza horizon in multiplayer mode.

    I bought 2 xbox speed wheels (1 for me and 1 for my son) to play forza horizon game in multiplayer mode. But when i select multiplayer, it says i have to have xbox live gold account. why can't we play with just xbox live account?

    Please help me play this game. Otherwise, I would have to return 1 wheel.

    I have the same problem as Neodeus83. I bought Forza 6, but can't download it!

    Hi!

    If you're on console, try clearing the cache with the
    power cycle     system. If it still does not work, delete your profile from the console and re-download it again.

    I bought one off Amazon and it works just fine in Portugal. Just signed in with my old uk account, bought forza on line and now playing ghost ok.

    May be down to having a uk gamer tag account.

    Hey AwesomeGuitar,

    From what I understand, are you saying that: You bought Dawnguard with a gold account "A", and are now trying to play on a non-live account "B"?

    That would be your problem...only the profile that bought the content can play it. Even though it is on your hard drive, other accounts can't play it. Just like an arcade game. I would suggest playing with the account that bought dawngaurd, and seeing what
    happens.
