Forza 7 ultimate edition. no hoonigan pack

From what I read and understood, I thought I was supposed to receive the Hoonigan car pack on launch when purchased the Forza 7 ultimate edition. I have spoke with microsoft and they said it was only available to the customers that bought it digitally. I
just spent a 100$ for poor VIP content and no hoonigan car pack. I dont understand why that wasnt stated on the sight. I was stoked to get that car pack. Apparently, it wont even be available to purchase now? I'm disappointed and would like answers and more
content. please contact me, Forza Motosport support.

I don’t have the Hoonigan car pack for FM7

I pre ordered the Forza Motorsport 7 ultimate edition but don’t have the hoonigan pack. Any help?

That's something you would need to take up with Turn 10 on their support forums. However, I did find this post from 3 months ago stating that the car pack would not be available with disc purchases https://forums.forzamotorsport.net/turn10_postsm732381_posts.aspx

When you go into microsoft store on xbox and go to forza 7 does it say that forza 7 ultimate edition has already been bought? It should say you own this, if so go to add one for this game just underneath and make sure they show as installed, any that say
owned you can go and download them to your console. And the hoonigan pack, if installed can be got by loading game and going into the in game store and looking for the cars marked free, these will be the vip cars and the hooligan cars.
