2 of the prizes that I won (VIP Membership, Hoonigan car pack), I had previously purchased. Any chance of a substitute, or maybe a credit for the VIP Membership?

Have you also checked the junk mail folder of the email that you registered into the sweepstakes with? We have had reports of users having these emails filtered to their junk mail folders.
