Forza 7 Sweepstakes Rewards Credits Issue

Under the Forza 7 Sweepstakes it shows that I earned the 5,000 Rewards Credits for pre-ordering the game but I have not received the 5,000 credits under my account. Can you please help with this? Thanks,

Hello Evolved360,

The Credits were only for pre-orders/orders made during the offer period. Since you pre-ordered in August, you only received keys (Sweepstakes entries), and not Credits.

The credits for that offer will be given about 96 hours after the offer ends.

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.
