    i got the update too i lost 7 days to die i bought on july 22 2016 too

    Xbox one $75 rebate program.

    It was between July 7 and July 31. Not just "before July 31".

    Hi thanks for the info but I have tried all these options apart from resetting the console which I don't intend to do.Forza update has obviously caused the problem but as you say the only option is to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    Hey have you tried the steps here https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/games/troubleshooting/game-freeze-solution you may end up having to uninstall the game
    and reinstall it.
    Hi thanks for the info but I have tried all these options apart from resetting the console which I don't intend to do.Forza update has obviously caused the problem but as you say the only option is to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    Never got a code for Game after I bought DLC and now game is not on game pass and can not play anymore

    You needed to purchase the DLC before July 29th to be eligible to win the base game.
