Forza 7 frozen on data sycing

Hi all, when I try to launch Forza 7, on pc windows 10, it freezes on "sycing data". This happened once before and I kept it running for around 2 hours, then it launched and I was able to play. However, this time I let it running for over 12 hours with no
success. Your offer of a solution or a suggestion would be most appreciated.

Hi Samk88,

sorry to hear. I recommend to reset your router/modem and try to get a faster DNS because I think at the moment they have (in some regions) network issues. But if you want to know, all the Store Apps are here: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps. Better maybe to
add "Administrator Rights" to you user!!!

Hi Nohra369,

Thank you for your advice, but I'm having difficulties applying your suggestions. I don't seem to be able to find "my games" nor the "saved slot". I'm running windows 10. If you elaborate, please, that would be awesome.

Windows 10 is up to date. If this does not resolve the issue, we suggest completing

a clean boot. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,
so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Be sure to let us know the results!
