    I purchased my Xbox One as a bundle package which included one game. I chose Forza 6 and entered my authorization code. The game started to download, so I threw away my redemption code. Fast forward a couple weeks, I sit on the couch ready to play Forza
    and I get a message that pops up stating "If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you are signed into Xbox live. (Which I am) If you do not have rights for playing, you'll need to get it on the Xbox Store". So I go onto
    the Xbox store and instead of saying "install" is has "Play" in its place. It's been a merry go round ever since. I have talked to Tech Ref.

    I no longer have the receipt, but do still have the box the Xbox came in. I just want to play my game.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi!

    With Games with Gold, Forza 5 was available, not Forza 6. Forza 6 had free sessions on weekends. Sometimes it happens to play for free some games for some time.
