    i have bought xboxone + gratis 4 games, im must choose one of them "forza 6, halo, tomb raider or rare replay" i want forza 6 but i have no idea where to type this code, On this card is written " 1. Enter code on the page xbox.com/name-your-game, 16 digits
    code can only enter on xbox.com/name-your-game " but hier only to buy or code with 25 digits. Xbox bought in Gamestop in Germany.

    promo codes for games not working with 16 digits or less?

    tried to enter fight night champion code and there game doesn't have the proper promo code enter so i went to microsoft enter promo code and it was telling me its not a proper code. because its a 16 digit code not a-25 digit code like your asking for

    ........... so then i went to your site where it said enter promo code and to my surprise it is also saying a 25 digit code and is putting dashes where they don't belong. so are only new games promos working now and the old ones are garbage?

    Where are you trying to enter the 16 digit code? All Microsoft/Xbox codes are 25 digit.

    When you go to the Name Your Game website it should ask for your information and your redemption code. Your redemption code is where you should enter the code. I can't see anything that lists how long the code is supposed to be, so I'm not sure if it definitely
    should be a 16 digit code or 25 digit code. If it's not working, you'll need to fill out the form at the bottom of the FAQ for assistance -

    As stated above, you need to enter that code on the Name Your Game website to choose the gane you want and they will send you a 25 digit code.
