Forza 6 game download code not sent to email

I purchased an xbox one bundle with forza 6 and the game code was not sent to my email. The card that came with the xbox has a scratch off with a redemption code to start the redeem process on xbox.com/name-your-game. I followed the instructions and filled
out the online form which prompted me to the verification page. This page said the game download code should be in the email I used in 5 to 10 minutes. It's been almost 2 days and no email. Please help.

Forza 6: Ford GT Le Mans Code

Forza 6 requires a code to download the Ford GT Le Mans. Is it possible to have this code sent (resend?) to me?

Gamestop Forza 6 Digital Code Problem Help!

Hello. First of all thank you for taking time to read this, as I am really struggling.

About 5 days ago I purchased a bundle deal from Gamestop online, that had an Xbox 500 GB console, as well as the games Fifa 17, Gears of War, and Forza Motorsport 6. Gears of war had a code that was in the xbox box, while Fifa was shipped with the actual disc. I was sent an email however with details on how to find the Forza digital code. It told me to find my order history, and from there I will find the code.

I opened the gamestop order history, using my conformation number and email, I did see that Forza was bought, however there was no code in sight or any further information. I have been stumped, Please HELP!
